We offer one free initial 15-minute consultation per family to discuss our services and best fit providers. If you request an additional service at our practice after working with our team, your provider will offer a best fit recommendation.
Initial Intake Session (45-50 Minutes): $190 with a fully licensed clinician; $120 with doctoral level trainees
Individual Therapy Session (38-52 Minutes): $175 with a fully licensed clinician; $110 with doctoral level trainees
Brief Individual Therapy Session (16-37 Minutes): $120 with a fully licensed clinician; $75 with doctoral level trainees

All assessments include an in-depth interview to tailor the assessment to your questions, a report and feedback session.
We offer Individualized assessments for children from infancy through adolescence, ranging from $525 to $3775.
In the initial consultation and Clinical Interview ($525) additional testing packages and pricing will be discussed.

Package Pricing Starts at $1050 with a staff clinician or $660 with a doctoral student under supervision. This includes:
Two 50 minute therapy sessions to prepare for the Ketamine Experiential/ Medication Session
One 2-3 hour Supported Experiential/ Medication Session
One 50 minute Integration Therapy Session
Additional Preparation Sessions are $175 for a 50 minute session with a staff clinician or $110 with a doctoral student
Each additional “round” of Ketamine Assisted Therapy is $700 with a staff clinician or $440 with a doctoral student and includes:
One 2-3 hour Supported Experiential Session
One 50 minute Integration Therapy Session
Many people experience the most benefit from 6-8 “rounds” of Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. Some people meet their goals in fewer “rounds.”
Portions of KAP are eligible for using your insurance, for carriers that we are in network for. Ask your provider for details and see below for insurance plans we accept.
The first 15 minutes of any phone call your provider makes are free. Each 15 minute increment thereafter costs $60.
Phone consultations with third parties for continuity of care are subject to hour rates for individual therapy.
$160 for 50 minutes; please inquire about RSC group availability to share the cost with others.
We require 48 hours notice for cancelations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and no shows are charged the full session fee. Cancelations between 24 and 48 hours are charged half the session fee. If patients are not present within the first 15 minutes of their session, they will be considered a no show, so please communicate with your provider if you are running late. There is currently a high need for services in our community. If regularly scheduled sessions are frequently canceled, we will need to consider offering high demand appointment times (such as after school) to other clients waiting for services.
This practice accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, e-check and personal checks. We accept HSA/FSA payments, but will require a back-up payment method if HSA/FSA cards are used. While our system is best positioned to accept payments from HSA/FSA accounts, we cannot guarantee charges will be accepted on the end of HSA/FSA companies. Our system runs session charges using Merchant Code 8099: Health Practitioners, Medical Services–Not Elsewhere Classified. HSA/FSA companies allow for reimbursement of charges not accepted by the card’s settings, using statement we offer via the client portal.

Clients are responsible for payment at the time of service. Unpaid balances will result in cancelling future sessions until balances are paid. With Psychological Assessment, half the estimated fee is due upon beginning testing and the balance is due when the report is complete.
We are in network for Cigna, Anthem/ Blue Cross Blue Shield of Colorado, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Aetna and Carelon. If you are interested in using your insurance, please let us know when you call to establish care. We also have a limited number of spaces available for Employee Assistance Program services through ComPsych. If you have this benefit, contact ComPsych and ask them for a referral to our practice.
For using other insurance. please check your carrier about out of network coverage. Insurance-ready statements, “superbills” will be automatically emailed to you at the end of each month detailing any direct payments you have made to the practice, or you can log into your client portal and request a statement for your desired dates be emailed to you. These statements can be used to initiate the reimbursement process privately through your insurance company if you choose. Insurance reimbursement will require a diagnosis. You are welcome to use an HSA or FSA card for services. We ask that you provide us with a second form of electronic payment, should your H/FSA account be empty.
Please note that, by law, we are not allowed to see clients that have Medicaid insurance. If you currently have Medicaid or your insurance changes to Medicaid in the future, please inform us immediately so we can support a transition to a Medicaid provider. This protects your coverage and our practice.
We provide reductions in costs through our group programs and highly experienced doctoral student therapists.
In the event billing efforts fail, delinquent accounts may be subject to collections. If there is an outstanding balance on your account, we reserve the right to cancel upcoming appointments until payment has been received. We will make every attempt to develop a payment plan with any client struggling to pay a past due balance prior to sending a balance to collections.
