For those who have experienced traumatic births or loss, therapy offers a safe space to process these experiences, reduce distress, and promote healing. Groups allow women to connect with others in similar situations, creating a supportive environment for sharing feelings and coping strategies.

    Services include:

    • Parent-infant psychotherapy
    • Perinatal and postpartum education workshopsLeslie Canicatti
    • Maternal wellness workshops

  • Play Therapy

Play Therapy is an evidence-based approach that harnesses the power of play to help children navigate challenges and promote emotional healing. In a safe and nurturing environment, our certified Synergistic Play Therapy clinician, Beaux Williams engages with children through toys, art, and games, allowing them to express themselves and process emotions. Through guided play sessions, children build resilience, develop coping mechanisms, and foster emotional growth. Each child's journey is unique, and a tailored approach addresses individual needs. We also involve parents in the process, ensuring continued support and progress.

    Individual Child Therapy

Our Individual Child Therapy offers compassionate and specialized support for children facing a variety of challenges. Our therapists use creative techniques and games to create a safe space where children can freely express themselves and learn the skills they need to work through their stressors. Whether dealing with anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Attention Deficit-Hyperactivity Disorder, depression, social skills, academic challenges, or big emotions, our therapy sessions empower children to build resilience and develop essential life skills for a happier, healthier future. Members of our team are specialized in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health, childhood or adolescents, so you will be matched with a clinician with expertise in your child’s age and challenges. Parents are regularly involved in working toward goals so we can help equip them with the tools they need to support their child.

    Family Therapy

Strengthening family connections and improving communication are at the heart of our family therapy services. We understand that family dynamics play a vital role in individual well-being. Our family therapists work with all family members in creating a safe and non-judgmental space to address conflicts. By focusing on improving communication, problem-solving, and empathy, our family system approach fosters healthier relationships within the family unit. Whether you're dealing with blended family challenges, sibling conflicts, or parenting issues, our goal is to empower your family to create a harmonious and supportive environment for everyone involved. Our practitioners have specialized training in Parent-Child Interactional Therapy (PCIT) and Circle of Security Parenting for young families.

    Group Therapy

We have a number of groups available to support children and families. Groups are a great way to develop skills while connecting with others facing similar issues. Many of our children’s groups have a parent component so we can empower you to help your child. We are also offering workshops for some of our groups so you have the option to develop skills in a more condensed and convenient format, often offered on breaks from school.

  • Adult Therapy

Life can present us with a range of stressors, from work-related pressures to personal struggles. Our Adult Therapy sessions provide a confidential space for individuals to delve into their feelings, thoughts, and experiences. Our therapists work collaboratively with each other and with clients to address issues such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and burn-out. Through tailored approaches, we help adults to gain insight, increase their capacity for stress, and achieve emotional well-being.

    Couples Therapy

Relationships require effort and understanding, and our services aim to create healthier and more satisfying partnerships. Whether you're facing communication challenges, conflicts, or seeking to deepen intimacy, our couples therapists utilize evidence-based techniques to nurture a stronger bond between partners. We help couples build effective communication skills, how to fight fair and repair, foster greater empathy, and rediscover the love and connection that brought them together.

    Prepare & Enrich Program

Prepare/Enrich is one of the most widely researched and utilized assessment tools for identifying couple strengths and growth areas with more than 4,000,000 couples having prepared for marriage or enriched their relationship through the Prepare/Enrich assessment and working with a Certified Facilitator.

Whether you’ve been together for 1 year or 50 years, Prepare/Enrich will help to provide a customized and comprehensive view of the relationship with an emphasis on strengths and growth areas. The objective assessment results serve to create a clear understanding of yourself and your relationship and prime you for conversations and skill building to strengthen your relationship foundation.

While the assessment alone has been shown to improve relationship satisfaction, there is opportunity for more extraordinary growth working together with a Facilitator and participating in the 8-session workshop model.

  • Our group therapy sessions offer a unique approach to personal development. Led by our experienced therapists, group therapy brings individuals together in a safe and confidential setting to share their experiences, challenges, and triumphs. It is a space where people can connect, find understanding, and support one another on their journey towards positive change.

    A Cost-Effective Option

Group therapy is a cost-effective alternative to individual therapy, making mental health support more accessible to those who may face financial limitations. Several of our groups involve caregivers, offering a more comprehensive approach to services. Many families meet their treatment goals at the completion of an 8 week group session.

    The Power of Connection

Group therapy provides a valuable opportunity to connect with others who may be facing similar issues or life circumstances. Through sharing their stories, participants often realize that they are not alone in their struggles, fostering a sense of belonging and compassion within the group.

    Diverse Group Dynamics

Group therapy brings together individuals from various backgrounds and experiences, creating a rich tapestry of perspectives. This diversity allows participants to gain insights from different viewpoints, broadening their understanding of themselves and others.
